For call centre staff, we are able to offer access to the Call Connection Accreditation Scheme (CCAS) award in financial services (call centres) which is registered by Ofqual and awarded by the ATHE (Awards For Training and Higher Education). This aims to improve the financial services knowledge of our staff, as well as providing an accredited qualification.
All courses are free and open to all Call Connection staff.
Our office in Ipswich, located in the center of town, has a comfortable room where staff can take their scheduled breaks, with food preparation facilities and internet stations.
