Call Connection has arrived in Newcastle!
We are pleased to announce that Call Connection opened a new contact centre in Newcastle in late 2013.
As our business continues to flourish, we found that we needed a second operation and, for a number of reasons, we decided that this should be in the centre of the fabulous city of Newcastle.
We have found a great site, close to the Quayside and the Tyne Bridge, that will accommodate up to 110 people in a state-of-the-art contact centre environment.
Why Newcastle? The primary reason is that we are a “people business” and we believe that Newcastle people will suit the work we do and the way we work. We are offering what we consider to be top salaries in order to attract the retain the very best people.
We know, however, that salary isn’t everything. Which is why we also invest extensively into training and in providing a working environment that the Investors In People team consider to be worthy of their Silver Standard accreditation.
