Currently we deal with many of the top name brokers and direct insurers (as you can see above), but also with the more niche insurers and brokers in the market. This allows us to convert calls that the larger companies may not normally be able to deal with and direct these callers to these niche companies who may not otherwise receive the call.

This way of working allows us to benefit all sides of the call transfer process:
