What we do
Call Connection is a UK based call handling centre that uses the latest technology to answer, screen, filter and route telephone calls. Working predominantly within the insurance market, Call Connection operates with major UK insurance suppliers to provide them with profitable call handling solutions.
Extensive and responsive IT capability has enabled Call Connection to achieve data transfer along with the call and thereby also develop an insurance aggregator, delivering both on and off line activities for third parties.
Expansion - Cardinal House
Based in the heart of Ipswich, Suffolk, Call Connection has grown from strength to strength, doubling in size to in excess of 300 agents. 146 seats in the main call centre 'Saxon House' and another 54 in the newly refurbished section of 'Cardinal House'. This new 54 seat extension to our call centre, 2 doors down from the original premises at Saxon House, has allowed Call Connection to meet the ever increasing popularity of the call transfer business.
Further building work to Saxon House starting after the occupation of Cardinal House, has added another 4,000sq ft of call centre space – equivalent to 46 desks - completed in June 2007.
